Stone Brewery is a full scale brewing operation within the master planned mixed use development known as Escondido Research & Technology Center (ERTC).The brewery includes 50,682 SF of operations floor space, corporate offices and an 8,939 SF restaurant with outdoor seating areas overlooking lush natural landscape, including several ponds.
